I am (Male 30 years old) at a retirement home and I've built my seniority the last 8 years. I am one of the senior Nurses but kinda Jr. But some PCA positions, and RPN positions (my partner is on LOA). They keep putting different Nurses or PCA to work. I once when to staffing and told them who I'd like to work with despite it showing favouritism and kinda disregarding seniority, they kinda take my word. I just tell them so/so is a good worker, I'd like them to work on these days because this person has a difficult shower, or this day is busy with Doctors day and I need a strong partner who can handle that. I spoke to the Director about it she appreciated it, I did not want to break the seniority rules to make it fair, but its like some of the senior Nurses they don't work well?
