Today, I'm sharing my short-to-mid-term structure analysis and 3 potential scenarios for Gold (XAU/USD), focusing on lower timeframe Order Flow and Order Blocks. ■ Market Overview Gold is currently testing critical demand zones. We are seeing strong buying support at the confluence of the 4H and 1H Buy Order Blocks. Price has managed to push back above the Point of Control (POC), showing short-term resilience. With the 15m RSI recently dipping below 30 (oversold), we are seeing the initial stages of a bounce. ■ Key Technical Confluence Immediate Demand (3,980 - 4,040): A massive structural floor consisting of 1H/4H Buy Order Blocks, the POC zone, and the major 4,000 psychological level. Overhead Supply (~4,065 & ~4,115): Two distinct 1H Sell Order Blocks waiting above. These are the primary targets for buyers and the main defense lines for sellers. ■ The 3 Scenarios ① Supply Breakout: Driven by the oversold RSI bounce, price rallies strongly, slicing through the first 1H Sell OB and continuing its momentum to test the higher supply zones. ② Range Consolidation (Yellow Path): Price gets trapped. It bounces between the solid floor (POC & Buy OBs) and the ceiling (Sell OBs), forming a choppy, directional-less range. ③ Double Top & Breakdown: Price attempts to rally but is aggressively rejected at the first 1H Sell OB. This forms a lower timeframe Double Top, leading to a massive sell-off that breaks below the 4H Buy OB and the critical 4,000 psychological level. ■ Action Plan Since price is currently reacting to a major demand zone, shorting blindly here is dangerous. Watch how price reacts when it reaches the first 1H Sell OB. A strong breakout favors Scenario ①, while a clear rejection shifts the technical bias toward Scenarios ② or ③.
