I'm building an iPhone app that listens to you speak and tells you how confident you sound. Everything runs on the phone, with no cloud. The problem is that I can't tell whether its scores are right without comparing them to real people. So I built a small rating site. You hear 10 short clips of people speaking and rate how confident each sounds, from 1 to 7. Once each clip has about 7 ratings, I'll fit the app's scoring to them and test it on speakers it has never heard.
