I built TideShift, a free offline pixel-art platformer with 500 levels (Flutter + Flame)

Hi r/SideProject, I'm Hitesh, a developer from India. TideShift is my newest side project, and I just put it on Google Play. It's a 2D pixel-art platformer for phones. You run, double jump and wade through water, and somewhere in the game there's a hidden red SWIM switch. Hit it and you can swim, which changes how you move through the levels that come after it. What's in it: 500 levels across 10 worlds Double jump, wading and swimming Enemies to dodge or stomp: crabs, fish, birds and hawks Fully offline, so no internet needed Free, with no ads right now How I built it: Flutter and the Flame game engine I wanted a small game that feels good to play in short sessions, so most of my time went into controls and level design instead of extra systems Why I'm posting: I'd love honest feedback from other builders, especially on the controls, the difficulty curve and how the SWIM switch feels when you find it. If something feels off or frustrating, tell me and I'll look into it.
