So to start, I'm fairly new to the PS5 jailbreaking stuff. not a programmer, but definitely not new to homebrew and jailbreaking older systems and other brands and stuff. I've got an original fat disk system, non pro, 13.60, been offline for months, and freshly done the job with the ESP32-s3 method to maintain offline isolation. yes, i know there's nanoDNS, there's the DNS reroutes, there's router url blocking lists, but while i want to get a spare PS5 so as to not ruin my capability to play stuff for now, I also want to try and keep up with things rather than having to dig my way through in several months when stuff settles down potentially. so yeah, mainly being super cautious. currently i've got kstuff, shadowmount, the webfile manager (and zip assister) and i'm kinda bouncing on my heels trying to figure out what to go for next. Is there a current decent list of available recommended payloads? most of the suggestions i find when i try searching are a few months out of date, and the rate things have been progressing lately, i'd probably mostly want something maybe a couple of weeks old, if that. probably will look into the ps2 and 3 emulation stuff, while locking down my network to keep the sony servers at bay....but what are some really good recommendations out there?   submitted by   /u/Slegiar [link]   [comments]
