I'm 20M and I'm a little concerned about some pink, raised bumps I've noticed at the very back of my tongue, particularly on the sides near the throat. I recently had oral sexual contact (I performed oral sex on my partner) and French kissed the same partner around three weeks ago. I don't know their HPV status. I've attached a picture showing the area I'm concerned about. Some of the raised areas appear to have multiple tiny projections, and I'm worried they might be oral HPV warts (condyloma acuminatum). A few other things I've experienced recently: My inner cheeks felt rough, almost like a sandy texture.especially near linea alba I experienced some tongue soreness and burning, but the pain has now subsided. I've noticed some small whitish bumps inside my cheeks.
