XAUUSD I’ve fallen for you GoldOANDA:XAUUSDElohim_is_allXAUUSD TradeView Analysis Overview XAUUSD is bearish overall and consolidating on the weekly and daily charts. Price has broken below the daily floor around 3,959–3,951 and the previously marked 3,880 level. It is now respecting the shared checkpoint around 3,865. We’re watching for a possible sweep below 3,865 into the lower fair value gap and liquidity area, followed by a potential recovery. That recovery is not confirmed. If price turns upward, we’ll follow the checkpoints above in order. If it continues lower, we’ll watch the marked downside levels. The reaction at each checkpoint will guide the next part of the analysis. Weekly The weekly bias remains bearish. Price is below the previous support near 3,952 and is testing the lower order block and fair value gap area around 3,865. A sweep beneath this area could take liquidity and lead to a recovery, but price may also continue lower. The deeper Fibonacci level we’re watching is 3,687, with marked lower levels at 3,876, 3,793, 3,789, 3,755 and 3,729. Above price, the large weekly bearish fair value gap is around 4,608–4,999, with a Fibonacci level near 4,777. Daily The daily chart is also bearish within consolidation. Price has broken below the marked floor levels around 3,959–3,951. The immediate checkpoint remains 3,865, which is also marked on the weekly chart. If price sweeps below 3,865 and then shows a recovery, the daily bearish fair value gap around 4,035–4,105 is a checkpoint, with a Fibonacci level near 4,075. We also have an overlapping marked fair value gap from 4,018–4,105, with a Fibonacci level near 4,071. If price moves through these areas, the next marked levels are 4,099, 4,112, 4,122–4,123, 4,130–4,131, 4,139–4,140, 4,156 and 4,170. Further checkpoints are around 4,199–4,201, 4,217 and 4,221, followed by the bearish fair value gap from 4,186–4,255, with a Fibonacci level near 4,217. If price continues lower instead, the deeper daily level remains 3,687. We’ll assess the reaction within the lower fair value gap area rather than assume how deep price will go. 4H The 4H chart is bearish within consolidation. Price is respecting the psychological checkpoint around 3,865, where we’re watching for a possible swing failure pattern. A new 4H bearish fair value gap has formed from 3,923–3,965, with a Fibonacci level near 3,943. This is the first 4H checkpoint above price. Set alerts around this zone so we can review price if it returns. If price is rejected and moves lower, the next marked levels are 3,917, 3,906, 3,897, 3,880 and 3,870. If price moves through the 4H fair value gap, the next levels are 3,974, 3,979, 3,988, 4,001, 4,008, 4,027 and 4,034. Above these sits a newly formed order block around 4,039–4,072, with a nearby Fibonacci level around 4,076. We’ll be cautious as price approaches this area and watch whether it holds or is broken. If price moves through that area, the next higher levels are 4,099, 4,112, 4,122–4,123, 4,130–4,131, 4,139–4,140, 4,156 and 4,170. Next week’s outlook Safe-haven demand could support gold if uncertainty increases, but it isn’t a guaranteed direction. Strong US data could support expectations for higher rates and weigh on gold; weaker data could ease those expectations. A sharp risk-off move can also lead to investors selling gold to raise cash, as may have contributed to Friday’s fall. We’ll watch how price reacts to the data at the active checkpoints: 3,865 first, then the 4H fair value gap at 3,923–3,965 if price recovers. If price moves lower, the marked levels below 3,865 remain in view. News may bring volatility, but we’ll wait for price confirmation at each area.
