[allAfrica] Geneva -- The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) says humanitarian needs are growing in an unfolding crisis on the Kenya-Ethiopia border as ongoing clashes on the Ethiopian side have forced tens of thousands of people to cross into Kenya in search of safety.
