I publish Burn the Playbook. We built a polling page around a question most dashboards skip: how much does the average depend on the assumptions? You can shift every survey by the same number of points, remove a pollster and see the result change, and inspect the field dates, sample, sponsor and source-check status behind the data. The page also marks incomplete records and keeps different voter populations separate. This is a sensitivity tool, not an election forecast. One limitation worth being upfront about: the page currently shows the last successful feed collection from October 20 and labels that older data. I am sharing the interface and method, not claiming these are real-time results. I would like feedback on what makes a tool like this easier to interrogate: clearer assumptions, a simpler first screen, or a better way to inspect the underlying surveys? The tool is free to use without signing up: https://burntheplaybook.news/polls?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=ballot-guide-2026&utm_content=btp-20261030-sideproject-polls-01&utm_term=SideProject submitted by /u/AggravatingShake3919 [link] [comments]
