I can't hold back any more - long at 91.73

I can't hold back any more - long at 91.73 Reddit, Inc. Class ABATS:RDDTredwingcoachI'm not a fundamentals guy - let's get that out there right away. But sometimes, those numbers are the icing on an already pretty delicious looking cake. Today, RDDT closes with its 8th consecutive down day and 10 down days in the last 11. Selling eventually exhausts itself and I like to be there when it does. I can't say for sure the selling ends here, but with earnings out of the way, and today's whole market tantrum, I think a lot of my short time frame risk is already off the table. Generally, after even 4 consecutive down days, RDDT bounces back within 7 trading days at a clip that for that timeframe roughly 10x's the average daily returns of the market broadly. The fact that this has doubled that down streak already doesn't fill me with fear. It fills me with optimism. RDDT has gotten trimmed over 40% just in the last 2 weeks. That is already working in my favor. The last time I had a stinker trade in this one, I was catching it on its initial pullback off a crazy run. Now, I'm in a much more neutral position price-wise and a much safer entry point, imo. The last time this stock traded at these levels was back at the highlighted area in April of 2025. I bought the beginning of the drop (on Valentine's Day) that bottomed Near that April low and had to hold it for almost 6 months to get my money back. Oops. But at that time, RDDT's most recent quarterly report had them making .36/sh on about 430m in revs. Even at that bottom, you were still paying an exorbitant P/E. Today, RDDT is coming off a report where they posted nearly 4x that EPS and more than double the revs. But the stock is now trading at the same price it was then. Does that mean it can't go lover? Of course not. It could. But now I'm paying a fraction of that EPS multiple to ante up. I usually wait a couple more days after a report to enter, but most reports aren't on the 7th consecutive losing day for a stock, so I'll take my chances here. With the market acting fragile here, however, I will not be doubling or tripling down. Either this pays quickly, or I sit on dead money a while (again). I just know that the odds favor my not having to sit that long. We'll see. My exit will be the first profitable closing candle, unless an opening print along the way is just too good to pass up. By the way, the white line is (to me) significant support. It's the April 2025 low water mark and just below the fill level of the Nov 2024 gap up. Still some downside to get there, but I have a hard time making a case for it not at least trying to hold that level.
