Less of a complaint and more absolute amazement. Went in the other day around like 7pm. I wanted sofritas because that's the only protein I can eat there, and they appeared to be out of it. No big deal, it happens. I asked if they had more just in case because I'd be okay with waiting for them if they just needed to prep some. The person on the line says "no, we only have sofritas in the morning. We can't be bothered to make them at night, they take too long to make." Huh???? So I just don't get the one protein option I can have because you don't feel like it? Whack. I feel like that store should put a sign up or something then so I don't have to walk all the way in there to learn that what I get isn't worth prepping or whatever. I've had weird experiences at this location and the other one close-ish to me but this was just confusing.
