Silver's Bearish Momentum Continues — Nov2025 Liquidity in FocusXAG/USD SpotFX:XAGUSDFundexTraderMonthly Chart — Strong Bearish October Close Silver closed October with a strong bearish monthly candle, reflecting significant selling pressure following the earlier rally. With price closing around 48.90, my attention now turns to the November 2025 low and associated monthly liquidity pool around 46.50–47.00. Should bearish momentum continue and this liquidity area be taken, the next area of interest would be the bullish Monthly Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) below, particularly the imbalance around 40–45. However, I will monitor price behaviour and market structure before anticipating any further downside expansion. Weekly Chart — Bearish Continuation After Liquidity Sweep On the Weekly chart, Silver continued its bearish movement after briefly retracing into the previous week's bearish FVG. Price subsequently broke below the previous week's low and extended lower, closing near 48.90. The Weekly structure continues to favour bearish momentum, with lower highs and lower lows supporting the prevailing direction. Daily Chart — Selling Momentum Accelerates The Daily chart shows that bearish momentum accelerated on Thursday and continued aggressively into Friday. Price broke below the previous week's low, leaving several bearish FVGs overhead. These imbalances may become areas of interest should Silver experience a corrective retracement before potentially continuing lower. For now, the Daily structure remains bearish. 4H Chart — Watching for Another Bearish Leg As we enter the new trading week, my primary interest is whether Silver will continue its bearish expansion toward the November 2025 low and monthly liquidity pool. Following Friday's aggressive decline, a short-term retracement into nearby 4H bearish FVGs would not be surprising. I will be watching whether price forms another lower high and resumes its bearish structure, potentially delivering one additional leg lower toward the monthly liquidity area. However, a strong rejection from current levels and a shift in market structure could signal that sellers are losing momentum. With the US midterm elections approaching on November 3 and ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, volatility may increase. I will continue following price action rather than anticipating the outcome of these events. My focus remains on liquidity, market structure, and key directional momentum.
