I'm looking for an efficient weather app, that's similar to a combination of My Radar and somewhat the Weather Channel(with the local updates). I've cut back heavily on my subscriptions and spending, and my budget doesn't allow for the $29.99 annual fee for My Radar pro, and I'm not buying into the Weather Channel. I've purchased the full version of My Radar, but it's nothing like the annual subscription of the Pro version.
