On October 4, I visited the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC, and got inspired to build something. I’m a senior UI developer, so I turned the idea into Twelve Seconds Later, an interactive timeline of aviation history with 3D aircraft models, technical details, and simple flight simulations. Built it with React, Three.js, and some help from AI for coding and research. I created the concept, design, and overall direction. It’s free, with no ads or sign-ups.
