BCH | The Liquidity Below Comes FirstBitcoin Cash / TetherUSBINANCE:BCHUSDTBigBelugaBitcoin Cash flipped its trend months ago. What it has not done yet is take the liquidity it needs before the next leg. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE STRUCTURE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The downtrend ended in sequence, not in a single candle. Price printed a bullish MSS in June, followed it with a BOS in July, and then delivered a second BOS in September on heavy displacement that carried it to $366.7. MSS, then BOS, then BOS. That is a trend change confirmed three separate times, and it is why this chart is read from the long side. The Protected Low at $212.8 is what defines it: the bullish scenario stands as long as price trades above that level. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT PRICE IS BUILDING NOW ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Price trades at $279.5, above both demand zones, and has spent October building a series of rising lows. That is the part most readers will mistake for strength. A sequence of higher lows with no expansion is not accumulation — it is a line of stop orders being stacked underneath price. The $$$ marked on the chart is exactly that: sell-side liquidity the market has created for itself, sitting directly beneath the current range. Liquidity like that does not get ignored. It gets taken. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE TWO PATHS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The direction is one. The entry is one of two zones, and both begin with the same event — price going down to collect what is resting beneath it. Path A — the Flip Zone. Price drops into the FLIP ZONE at $239.4 – $265.2, sweeps the sell-side liquidity it has just built, and reverses from there. This is the shallower entry and the first candidate. Path B — the Demand Zone. Price runs deeper into the DEMAND ZONE at $212.8 – $229.7, the origin of the September expansion, and bases there instead. The deeper entry at the better price, sitting directly on top of the Protected Low. Both paths are buys. Both target the same pools above. The market decides which one, and it answers that question with confirmation rather than with preference. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW THE ENTRY IS TAKEN ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ No entry is taken on arrival at either zone. Price reaching a zone is not a signal — it is the condition that permits a signal to form. This is the single most expensive mistake available on this chart, because the move that reaches the zone is the same move that is designed to look like a breakdown. The confirmation required is a clear bullish MSS on the 15m, printed after a liquidity sweep inside the zone. The sweep tells us the stops have been collected. The MSS tells us the local selling structure has broken. Only with both does the entry exist, and it is taken on the correction that follows — not on the impulse. Until that sequence appears, there is no position, in either zone. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE LIQUIDITY ABOVE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Two pools of buy-side liquidity sit untouched overhead and define the objective: $322.0 — the October high, the first destination. $366.7 — the September high, the larger pool and the completion of the leg. From the Flip Zone, the move to $366.7 is roughly 40%. From the Demand Zone it is considerably more. That asymmetry is the entire reason for waiting rather than buying here at $279.5, in the middle, with the liquidity still below. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FUNDAMENTAL BACKDROP ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The tape supports the reading rather than contradicting it. BCH trades around $280.63 with a market capitalisation near $5.67 billion. The important number is volume: roughly $138.30 million over 24 hours against a 30-day average near $186.50 million — about 25.85% below normal participation. Thin volume matters here. When real flow is absent, price is moved by where the orders are rather than by what traders believe, and resting stop clusters become the path of least resistance. A market building sell-side liquidity on declining participation is a market that will reach for that liquidity. Momentum confirms the stall rather than a reversal: RSI sits neutral at 49.2, price is about 1.47% below the intraday VWAP near $286.52, and the 90-day return is positive while the 30-day return is negative. There is no confirmed catalyst driving the move in either direction. So the chart wants a sweep, and the tape has no fundamental reason to prevent one. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT KEEPS THIS VALID ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The bullish scenario holds as long as price trades above the Protected Low at $212.8. That is the line the whole structure rests on. And the rule that governs every level named here: a break is a candle close, not a wick. A wick through a zone is a sweep, and a sweep is the setup. Only a close changes anything. This analysis will be updated as the market evolves. Best Regards, BigBeluga 🐳
