Just how ungrateful can people be? If you want chocolate, buy it! It’s free candy. In this economy a lot of people can’t afford the prices of top tier candy. Be grateful for what you get or don’t go trick or treating. I don’t think any child is going to turn down a sucker, it’s the greedy parents who want the good stuff!
