Hey everyone. I'm looking to plug into one or two agencies selling custom software, AI, or automation work who have more booked calls than they can handle. A bit about me so this isn't just another "hire me" post. I was the #1 AE at Builder.ai and at BuildFire (143% of quota there, and bumped our average deal size about 40%). Before that I co-founded a dev shop turned legal tech company where I was the only one selling. We did $1.2M our first year from nothing and got to $100K MRR. Lately I've been closing $5K/mo automation retainers for an AI agency. I also have a physics degree and used to code, so I'm comfortable on technical calls and won't need your dev team holding my hand. Most of what I've closed falls somewhere between $5K retainers and $150K builds. Being upfront about what I'm looking for, mostly to save us both time: - You already have lead flow. I close. I'm not a setter and I'm not building your pipeline from scratch. - The offer is actually high ticket, ideally $5K+ projects or monthly retainers. - Comp makes sense for a closer. If the role is prospecting, setting, closing, and account management for 10% on a $2K deal, I'm out, no hard feelings. - Your team delivers. I'd rather sell stuff that gets built right so clients stick around and refer.
