I kept retyping dates from WhatsApp messages, emails and PDF timetables into my calendar, so I made Yotei (disclosure: I’m the solo maker). In about 10 seconds, you can press a shortcut, drag a box around the event on your screen, and it shows what it read: title, date, time, place and time zone. You fix anything that’s wrong, and it goes into Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud. Nothing is added until you confirm, and the screenshot is then deleted. It’s brand new and I’d rather have honest feedback than upvotes. Three questions: Is a desktop app the right form, or would you rather have some kind of plugin?
