back in 2023 i was building a product, i got over 2000 users BUT i still failed the reason i failed was largely due to not knowing how to market correctly and turn users into paid users, over engineering the product, and move way too slow. 3 years later, i am back to building side projects and hoping to do it the right way this time, so I decided to do something totally out of my comfort zone when I started: starting a podcast. as an introvert, its def not easy for me to meet new people every week, research and ask them questions and extract as much value as possible and I talk about it on my channel as well about the journey of building this (@buildwithmaya on youtube). but the thing i realized is how many people have reached out and said its helpful for their journey is what has kept me going. I've done episodes with people i never thought would say yes to meeting and that helped me a lot to stay motivated. however, i am brand new to podcasting and I would LOVE feedback on the kinds of questions i can ask to make the podcast even more valuable for builders and founders and actually help people building move the needle in their own products.
