I understand not wanting to pick up items like Curse of the Tower, The Wiz and Cursed Eye, but the reward greatly outweighs the risk. Like if you're going for a treasure item there are over 400 items to choose from. Picking up an item that could ruin your run is slim to none. I would only understand if you're doing T.
