To help ensure end users at your organization are familiar with your organization’s policies for handling meeting artifacts like recordings, transcriptions and notes by Gemini, we’re introducing the ability to set custom policy text from the admin console that is displayed prior to users joining Google Meet calls.As an admin, you’ll be able to display a custom, short message that appears in the Green Room prior to users joining a Meet call and even include a URL to a webpage that includes more information about your company's policies. You can choose to have this policy always be displayed or only when the meeting is currently being recorded, transcribed, or notes are being taken by Gemini.Getting startedAdmins: This feature will be OFF by default and can be enabled at the OU level under Meet Safety Settings.
