NEARUSDT Perpetual | Bearish Trend | 4H Analysis & 5M ExecutionNEARUSDT Perpetual ContractBYBIT:NEARUSDT.PsaimabdTechnical Analysis (4H) On the 4 hour timeframe, NEARUSDT exhibited a strong bearish trend, characterized by sustained selling pressure and a consistent formation of lower highs and lower lows in accordance with Dow Theory. The recent significant selloff further reinforced the prevailing bearish market structure, suggesting continued downside momentum. With no confirmed bullish reversal in the higher timeframe structure, my directional bias remained bearish. Entry Confirmation (5M) After establishing the bearish bias on the 4 hour timeframe, I moved to the 5 minute chart to identify a suitable entry opportunity. The lower timeframe also displayed a bearish market structure, consistently forming lower highs and lower lows. Following the recent selloff, price experienced a short term bullish retracement before forming another lower high. Once the lower high was established, I executed a short position in anticipation of further downside continuation, aligning the entry with the prevailing bearish trend on both timeframes. Trade Levels Entry Price: 3.841 USDT Stop Loss: 3.954 USDT Take Profit: 3.722 USDT Risk to Reward Ratio: Approximately 1:1.05 Execution Note The overall technical analysis and directional bias were established on the 4 hour timeframe, while the actual trade execution was carried out on the 5 minute timeframe. Since TradingView does not allow me to publish charts on the 5 minute timeframe, I am sharing the 4 hour chart to illustrate the broader bearish market structure and trade levels. Conclusion This setup was based on Dow Theory, bearish market structure, multi timeframe confirmation, and price action. The objective was to capitalize on a potential continuation of the prevailing downtrend by entering after the formation of a lower high on the execution timeframe, while maintaining a predefined stop loss and take profit.
