Did you guys see HackerTube (hackertube.org) that Karpathy built for fun with Claude Code? It’s full of great 90-minute talks, so I hooked it up to Playback Notes—a free, open-source skill I made for Claude Code, Codex, and pi that summarizes YouTube and podcasts into clickable notes (HTML, Markdown, PDF) lol. You just paste a hackertube.org/watch/... or YouTube link into your agent, and it reads the captions, captures the key slides, and writes out a 5-minute briefing or deep-dive where every [mm:ss] timestamp jumps straight to that moment.
