Hey everyone! I’m a new grad RN who started working in July, and I’ll officially be off orientation and on my own in December! I’ve been thinking about getting a second job to make some extra money on my days off, but I’m not sure if I want to pick up a per diem nursing job or just work a regular customer service job for now. Anyways, how long after starting as a new grad did you feel comfortable picking up extra shifts or getting a second RN job?
