Tata Motors has acquired an 89.42% stake in Italy's Iveco for nearly 3.43 billion euros, creating a commercial vehicle business with projected annual revenue of Rs 2.28 lakh crore. The combined enterprise is expected to become the world's fourth-largest commercial vehicle maker, with plans to increase volumes, revenue and margins.
