Solo dev here. This is Mindling, out this week on iOS and Android. Every screen time tracker I tried gave me a chart I stopped looking at by Wednesday. A number never made me put the phone down. I figured feeling bad for a small creature might. How it works: The hardest part was reading screen time reliably. iOS only gives you a sandboxed extension, so the drain runs as a daily ledger that the app and the extension both write to.
