Lighthouse Learning Group, previously EuroKids International, is negotiating to acquire Kennedy High and Meru International School. These acquisitions, valued at Rs 400 crore each, are expected to finalize in the coming weeks. The company aims to expand its network of K-12 schools to 100 over the next few years. Lighthouse Learning has undertaken several acquisitions since 2021 to grow its education portfolio.
