I was working at a Chipotle in California, I transferred locations when I moved to Michigan. I was working there for about a month and a half before I needed a trip to a mental hospital. They let me come back after. About a month later, they got notified I had to be mentally hospitalized a second time. When I got out I was fired for "inconsistentcy". The only inconsistentcy was me going to the mental hospitals, every other shift I was on time if not early, half the time I stayed late.
