Gurugram-based J Estates is collaborating with Emoha to develop J 36, a senior living project in Sohna. This initiative aims to integrate residential design with elder-care services for residents and their families. The project will feature 190 units with various apartment configurations and an estimated sales potential of Rs 525 crore. Emoha will contribute its expertise to enhance the resident experience through community support and wellness programs.
