Hey all, I stream on TikTok LIVE and Twitch with Streamlabs. Over the past few months I built my own stream tool because I wanted everything in one place without paying monthly for it. It's called StreamForge and it's free for Windows. It runs on your own PC, not in someone else's cloud. Your overlays keep working even if some website goes down, and it reacts fast. What it does: Alerts and actions for gifts, follows, subs, shares, likes, bits, raids and Super Chats. You can play a sound or video, show an image, read a message aloud, switch OBS scenes, press keys in your game, or run Minecraft commands. Text-to-speech for chat: Windows voices, plus built-in AI voices that run on your own PC. Viewers can each get their own voice. Overlays for OBS / Streamlabs: chat (several windows, e.g. TikTok-only and Twitch-only), event feed, goals, leaderboards, timer/subathon, points wheel, giveaways, polls, and a Spotify "now playing" with song requests. Viewer points for watch time, with chat commands to spend them. TikTok, Twitch and YouTube in one feed, with all three viewer counts together. Hotkeys and controller button combos to trigger things mid-game. TikTok moderation from the app: chat as yourself, mute people, remove them from your LIVE, and see who's watching. Coming from TikFinity? It can import your actions, sounds and viewer points. English, Spanish and Portuguese. Everything above is free. I'm planning an optional paid tier later for heavier extras like unlimited actions and AI voice cloning, but the core will stay free.
