The chocolate wasn't for her kid (at least not all of it). I've never heard of a 'lollipop' allergy. If it's sugar, chocolate contains such, as well as allergenics such as chocolate beans, diary and nuts (which some contain). But lollipops are pure sugar with something added for taste.
