Founder here, this is my own project. Small SaaS sites usually have an FAQ with 6 to 10 questions. Visitors ask the 11th. The answer is often already on the site, on the pricing page or in the docs, but the visitor doesn't find it. The same sites often have a page of testimonials that few people read. FAQify puts those two together. You paste one line of code where your FAQ is. A visitor types a question, and the box: - answers in a few sentences, using only your own pages - links the page the answer came from - shows a real customer quote that backs it up, exactly as the customer wrote it If your site doesn't answer the question, the box says so and sends you the question, so you know what to add.
