I built a "will AI replace my job" lookup from 96 Google Trends comparisons I collected by hand

Wait 5 sec.

Type in a job and you get where it ranks among 56 jobs, how worry about it changed, how many people search for AI tools for it, and whether fewer people search how to get into it. How it came together: - Google Trends only gives relative numbers per comparison, so every comparison had the same anchor term (searches about programmers). That lets all 56 jobs share one scale. - Exact phrases like "will AI replace accountants" were too rare, so each job combines a few phrasings with Trends' "+" operator. - Trends doesn't allow scraping, so I opened all 96 comparisons myself and a small Chrome extension saved what each page loaded. - A Python script turns that into static pages, one per job, with embeds and a free CSV. Biggest surprise: worry rose for every job with enough data except programmers. Would love feedback, especially on what's confusing: https://scrollytelling.ai/what-jobs-will-ai-replace/ submitted by /u/vaitko [link] [comments]
