VIX 4H: Bullish Bias Intact – Upside Remains Easy Until DCVOLATILITY S&P 500TVC:VIXLIVERMORE333VIX 4H Weekly Outlook Following the sharp rise on October 14, the 4H EMA20 and EMA50 turned to a Golden Cross. Since then, VIX has maintained a clear uptrend despite large swings. Until a Death Cross occurs on a 4H closing basis, the situation where upside remains relatively easy is expected to continue. Key Resistances 20.88, 23.34, and 28.00 are the levels to watch on the upside. On October 30, price exceeded 23.34 with a wick only (failed to close above it with a real body). While this wick break could potentially signal the start of calming, if price breaks above 20.88 again at the start of the week, an approach toward 23.34 should be watched carefully. The yellow circle highlights a recent moment where a Death Cross was nearly triggered but avoided by a rebound from the 16.30 support. For judging VIX calming, two conditions are viewed as necessary: ・A Death Cross on the 4H ・Price remaining inside the descending trendline (white thick line) Summary ・Until a Death Cross occurs and price stays within the descending trendline, the situation of light upside is expected to continue ・If price breaks above 20.88 at the week open, an approach toward 23.34 (and potentially 28.00) is assumed ・If 20.88 is not broken, temporary calming moves will be monitored Primary Framework: 4H EMA20/50 + Swing structure. Bias remains Bullish until the uptrend structure is clearly invalidated by a Death Cross. #VIX #SPX
