Checkbox apps never felt like much to me, so I made one where doing a habit punches a hole in a card and thumps a big red stamp on it. Streaks become staircases of holes, and a missed day is a gap you can't miss. It's a silly stack on purpose: one Fortran file, with its own web server, two text files as the database, and no JavaScript. I built it with Claude Code. It only runs locally on macOS for now. Would you use something like this, or is it just fun to look at?
