It's possible nintendo could detect the hash of the transferred save to eventually take action against. Since the save is probably moved as one package, starting a new game and saving several more saves in various places may help evade detection if you are setting this up, but also trying to avoid a ban. It's not a sure thing, but depending on how nintendo tries to detect it, this could help and takes very little time to do. After following the directions in the sticky thread, simply boot the game again, start a new game, hold R for a while, then save a few times, and then hold R a few more times and do it a couple more times.
