Manchester United have suffered four defeats by at least a two-goal margin in the space of five games for the first time since January 1973. Over his past three away league appearances, Lisandro Martínez has scored a 63rd-minute own goal away to Fulham and received a 63rd-minute red card in an away game against Chelsea. He is the first player since Richard Dunne in 2008 to register two red cards and two own goals in the Premier League in one calendar year. Four players were sent off in the opening 14 minutes of league games on Saturday, twice as many as on any single day since 2013. submitted by /u/Sparky-moon [link] [comments]
