I built a nutrition tracker that tells you what your diet is missing, not just what you ate

Wait 5 sec.

I'm a solo developer. I tracked food in the usual apps for a while and always ended up with nice charts and no idea what to change. So I built Tact. What it does: - Scores every food from 43 nutrients (USDA FoodData Central data). Added sugar, salt and saturated fat count against it, so a score can go below zero. - Compares your day with personal targets from the Dietary Reference Intakes (age, sex, body, activity). - Shows which nutrients you keep falling short on, ranks foods and meals that close those gaps, and can plan a week of meals around them. It's a web app you can install on your phone. Core tracking is free; Premium (meal planner, logging by text/voice/photo, recipe import) is free for 30 days, no card. Two things I'd love feedback on: Does the homepage make clear what it does within 10 seconds? If you log a day: where did you get stuck? https://tact.bio submitted by /u/herda_1899 [link] [comments]
