I built a general-purpose AI life assistant that connects everyday tasks

I am the founder of Magican, a general-purpose AI life assistant. I am building it to help with a wide range of everyday needs, with personal context that carries from one task to the next. My latest demo happens to involve a recipe and a grocery order. That is a demonstration, not the definition of the product. There are no recipe-specific prompts or preconfigured recipe-to-shopping workflows in Magican for this example. Here is how it plays out: I ask Magican to build a recipe mini-app. It turns YouTube captions into ingredients and cooking steps, and I approve saving the recipe to memory. Later, in a normal conversation, I refer to “the honey chicken recipe I liked.” Magican recalls it and takes my preference for reducing junk food into account. It creates a cooking page, prepares a Zepto cart after my approval, stops before payment, and creates an Odia voice note for my cook. The interesting part for me is not just completing each individual step. It is being able to pick up something from an earlier conversation and use it in a different task without explaining everything again. The mini-apps are usable in their own right as dedicated apps. The distinction is that they live within Magican and work alongside my personal context, rather than being separate external apps where I have to carry that context myself. Would connected experiences like this save you effort? In which situations would you still prefer to use separate external apps for each step?
