I built this after running into the same photo headaches over and over: HEIC files that won't open on a PC or upload to a form, Google Photos/iCloud exports where the dates end up in separate .json files, and upload forms that reject anything over 2 MB. Develop does all of it in the browser tab. Your photos are never uploaded.
