A free iPhone and Apple Watch water tracker where daily logs also count toward workout recovery

Wait 5 sec.

One interaction I wanted to get right in Frewli: finish a workout, drink from your bottle, and log that drink once. That entry updates your daily water total and also counts toward eligible workout recovery. Sodium is a separate entry from a food or drink label. The recovery numbers are estimates based on workout and sweat information; the phone and Watch aren't measuring your hydration or sodium levels. I make the app. It's available on iPhone and Apple Watch, and all features are free, with no subscription or paywall. You can import workouts from Apple Health, log water from your wrist, choose reminders, and undo an accidental water entry. The interface question I'm working on is how to show a simple daily goal alongside workout recovery without making them look like two separate drinking targets. Today keeps the everyday log in front, with the recovery detail one level deeper. If you use a water tracker alongside a workout app, would you want recovery on the main screen, or only after opening a workout? What would make it obvious that the same drink has already counted?
