The stud fees have been set for Flightline (Tapit) and Deterministic (Liam's Map) with the former commanding $125,000 while the latter, fresh off his World Championship victory, will be introduced at $25,000 for 2027, Lane's End announced Monday.Champion Flightline's first-crop continues to impress with 15 winners, including five this fall at Keeneland. His first-crop runners are led by Group 3 winner Shonan Galleon (Jpn) and SW & GSP Go For Launch. In addition to being named a 'TDN Rising Star, presented by Hagyard' himself, Flightline has sired four first-crop 'Rising Stars' with the most recent being Powerline on the Breeders' Cup Saturday undercard. The stallion is proving to be a versatile sire with a nearly even split of winners on dirt and turf.Flightline's second-crop yearlings reached new heights in the sales ring this year, with prices up to $2,600,000, his top priced yearling to date. He maintained a strong yearling average in 2026 at $574,048.Fellow 'Rising Star' Deterministic has been retired from racing to Lane's End and is available for inspection. His introductory fee for 2027 has been set to $25,000 LFSN. His career highlights include a dominate victory in the GI Breeders' Cup Mile, defeating Eclipse Champion Notable Speech (GB); setting a new track record for 1 3/16 miles at Saratoga in the GI Manhattan Stakes; earning six triple-digit Beyer speed figures; and he retires as Liam's Map's highest earner with $4,231,439.Deterministic hails from the immediate female family of MGSW & GISP Rainha Da Bateria (Broken Vow) and a fleet of that mare's accomplished half-siblings, including GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile runner-up He's Had Enough (Tapit). One of Deterministic's half-sisters is the mother of GI American Pharoah Stakes-third Imperial Honor (Honor A.P.). This is also the distant family of GI Breeders' Cup Classic hero Bayern (Offlee Wild).A $625,000 Keeneland September yearling, bred by Hinkle Farms, Deterministic was campaigned by St. Elias Stable, Ken Langone, C. Steven Duncker, and Vicarage Stable, and was first trained by the late, great Hall of Famer Christophe Clement before his son Miguel Clement took over after the senior Clement's passing. Deterministic will stand alongside his sire, who is set at $80,000 LFSN for the 2027 season.“It's thrilling to add another Breeders' Cup winner to the roster, especially considering he will be standing alongside his sire, Liam's Map, himself a Breeders' Cup winner,” said Lane's End president Bill Farish. “Deterministic has so much to offer breeders–a debut victory at two, a graded stakes win on the dirt, and the only four-time Grade I winner at Saratoga–he has excelled at every level. We are thankful to all the connections for entrusting Lane's End with his stud career.”The post Flightline to Stand for $125,000; Deterministic Retired, Fee Set for $25,000 appeared first on TDN | Thoroughbred Daily News | Horse Racing News, Results and Video | Thoroughbred Breeding and Auctions.
