FlowTime - A study timer with shared rooms, so a group's breaks stay in sync

Wait 5 sec.

https://reddit.com/link/1xlypes/video/w93cg79bm7zh1/player I'm the solo developer of FlowTime, a free focus timer for Android and iPhone. It started as a plain Pomodoro app; the newest feature, Coop, is the one I'd like feedback on. What Coop is A private room for up to 8 people with one timer for everyone. Anyone can start, pause or skip the break, and you join with a code or a link. It's built for studying or working with friends remotely: when everyone runs their own timer, breaks drift apart and the group falls out of sync. Decisions I made on purpose No chat and no public rooms. You already have a chat app; I didn't want to build another feed. Sign-in (Apple or Google) only for Coop. The rest of the app works with no account, no ads and no tracking. The break is shared too. That was the whole point: one 5-minute break, not five different ones. The solo side has classic Pomodoro, a FlowTime mode with no countdown where the break depends on how long you focused, tasks that carry over to the next day, a widget and focus sounds synthesized on the phone. Business side Free, with an optional Pro (advanced stats, unlimited tags and tasks, extra sounds and themes) at 1.99 EUR once or 0.99 EUR a month; the store shows your local price. Honest numbers: about one install a day so far, so distribution is the problem, not the code. Feedback I'm after Is "study with friends on one timer" something you'd use, or does a video call already cover it? What would make you send a room link to a friend the first time you open the app?
