THOUGHTS ON GBP/USD THIS WEEKGreat British Pound vs. US DollarFX:GBPUSDLukegforexGBP/USD 30M - We have seen price trade us up and into the Supply Zone above, and reject well. With such a strong move to the downside it tells us that there must be some institutional involvement. To back this we have also seen price sweep the liquidity and the inefficient area I have marked out before rejecting for a second time, this has been done to clear out early shorters and induce people to buy in. This as a result gives institutions more liquidity to short the market, I would like to see price now take that move to the downside, I have placed my SL above a Supply Zone that has not been cleared just so we have coverage. My TP has been placed just above the last higher timeframe low, ideally we want to see price break beneath this but placing our TP just above this guarantees that it can be achieved without effecting overall structure.
