[FOR HIRE] Sales Coaching / AI Productivity Enablement

Wait 5 sec.

I've spent most of my career in B2B technology sales, including seven years working with ERP consulting partners (20+ years total). One thing I've noticed is that a lot of smaller consulting firms are excellent at what they do technically, but struggle to build a consistent pipeline of new business. Often, the founder is responsible for everything: managing customers, delivering projects, hiring employees, and somehow finding time to prospect. Hiring a full-time salesperson can be expensive, especially when there isn't an established sales process. I've recently started ZAG Consulting to help smaller firms solve this problem through hands-on prospecting, sales process development, and founder coaching. I'm curious how other consulting firm owners handle business development today. Are you still doing most of the selling yourself? Have you tried outsourcing prospecting or hiring an SDR? What has worked, and what hasn't? My rates are flexible but you can get a good idea of what my offerings look like here: https://zagconsultingllc.biz/ I am offering a free discovery session (1-2 hours) and from there, we can work out what the actual engagement would look like. I look forward to connecting! submitted by /u/McMurpington [link] [comments]
