*Tuesday November 3rd r/soccer is pleased to share that the Premier League's all time record goalscorer, Alan Shearer, will be joining us for an Ask Me Anything (AMA) this Tuesday, November 2nd at 5pm UK / 12pm EDT. Having played in the Premier League for Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United and scoring 260 goals across the two teams, Shearer is one of football's all time great strikers. In April 2021, Shearer was the first inductee in the Premier League's Hall of Fame. Now, he is a pundit for the BBC's Match of the Day and co-host of the popular podcast The Rest is Football alongside Gary Lineker and Micah Richards.
