Eighteen ruling National Conference MLAs have submitted a 10-point memorandum to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, seeking corrective measures, a review of ministerial performance and the removal of his advisor Nasir Aslam Wani. The memorandum, prepared after a meeting of disgruntled MLAs on October 30, also seeks the removal of Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary from the Public Works portfolio.
