Fun weekend project! I ported the CivSwitch Pico automation to a native Flipper Zero app. The Flipper now handles both gamepad and keyboard USB HID inputs, including the precise timing needed for the Nintendo Switch workflow, all through a single USB-C cable. The biggest challenges were getting composite HID working reliably and matching the original Pico timing.
