Susan Collins was vandalized overnight for the second time in the past two months,” the Wall Street Journal reports.“Vandals poured a pool of red paint and scrawled ‘BLOOD on her HANDS’ on the front steps to the office, Collins told voters here at a campaign stop at Hub Coffee in her native Aroostook County. Some of the paint splattered on the front doors, photos shared by the campaign showed.”
