I was accessing a patient port, it was a power so I had correct gauge (20G). Idk why but when I went to access the port needle retracted as soon as I hit it. As soon as I put it in the needle retracted instead of going all the way, never happened to me. It happened twice. I was on the mark my coworker checked but idk it did that.
